Our goal is to provide you with a high quality product at a reasonable price and we work hard to make it so.

Sometimes while rare what we build is just not going to be what you thought you wanted to buy so we offer the following return policy.

 

If within 10 days after delivery the purchaser decides for any reason to return the product, Audere will refund the purchase price of the product subject to the following conditions:

  • Return the product in new condition
  • Contact Audere Audio within 10 days of delivery and obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number
  • Include inside the box the RA number, your name, and address.
  • Package the product for safe shipping.
  • Mark the RA number prominently on the outside of the box.
  • Ship to the address provided when you get the RA Number.
  • Ship the product prepaid and insured within 2 weeks of the RA issue date.
  • Refunds will issued to the purchaser by the original payment method after we receive and inspect the product.
  • A re-stocking charge will be subtracted from the refund to cover the direct costs of shipping products with free shipping and/or to cover any repair of unreasonable damage.

 

Note: If you are having sound issues like distortion etc, then you are most likely having pickup connection issues. Contact us - we can normally help you quickly get these fixed.
